About Civic Voice
Civic Voice is a two-way engagement platform used by public and community-serving organisations across Australia to consult their members, respond to petitions, manage cases, and publish outcomes on the public record. It is designed around the legal obligations Victorian local councils operate under (Local Government Act 2020, Gender Equality Act 2020, Disability Act 2006, Charter of Human Rights and Responsibilities), and the same platform serves unions, schools, non-profits, and any other organisation that wants to engage its community — each with their own accountability arrangements.
You keep one identity across every tenant you're a member of. Your case with one council never appears in the feed of another. Your verified identity carries with you, but your conversations don't.
